1. Acceptance & Engagement Framework
By accessing the AeroCodix website (aerocodix.tech) or engaging our engineering team for custom development, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Formal enterprise software development projects are executed under mutually signed Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA) which incorporate and supersede these general terms.
2. Engineering Services & Deliverables
AeroCodix provides custom software architecture, full-stack web and mobile development, Generative AI engineering, cloud DevOps, Dynamics 365 / Salesforce integrations, Shopify Plus engineering, and dedicated engineering staff augmentation.
Execution Standards
- All code deliverables are authored using modern TypeScript/React/Next.js/Python/Go or specified project tech stacks.
- Deliverables undergo rigorous QA, automated unit testing, and architectural review prior to client handover.
- Sprints and milestone reviews are conducted bi-weekly or as scheduled in the applicable SOW.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Transfer
Upon full payment of invoice milestones specified in the contract:
1. All custom software, application code, database schemas, UI designs, and proprietary modules developed specifically for the client become the sole and exclusive property of the client ("Work for Hire").
2. Open-source libraries used remain subject to their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD).
3. AeroCodix retains ownership only of general pre-existing boilerplate utilities, tools, and developer know-how.
4. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality (NDA)
AeroCodix treats all client specifications, financial data, business logic, system architecture, and trade secrets with absolute confidentiality.
We readily sign bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to receiving proprietary documents or codebase access.
5. Bug Warranty & Post-Launch Support
We stand behind the quality of our engineering. Unless otherwise specified in a custom SOW:
Warranty Terms
- AeroCodix provides a 30-day post-launch bug warranty on custom deliverables, resolving any deviations from agreed functional specifications at zero extra cost.
- Optional ongoing 24/7 Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), SLA maintenance, and cloud monitoring retainers are available.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, third-party vendor outages, or cyber-attacks.
Total aggregate liability for any claim arising under a project engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client under the applicable Statement of Work during the preceding 6 months.
